For those who prefer not to have a holistic doula or birthkeeper physically present or face geographical constraints, I offer personalized mentoring for preconception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
In our collaborative journey, we will address your inquiries, explore online and local resources, and engage in true informed decision-making, guided by the Hearthmother Way and BRAIN framework.
We will delve into any desired testing, thoroughly discuss your birth preferences to bring clarity to your aspirations, and practice fear-release exercises to alleviate tension, apprehension, and fears.
Together, we can craft a thoughtful postpartum plan centered on rest, nourishment, and support. Additionally, I am available to offer guidance on car seat safety, baby-wearing techniques, and breastfeeding support.
